ReviewsAwful costumer service. I have been a loyal and happy costumer at this store ever since I was 9 bought my first Pokemon game. However, 3 weeks ago I pre-ordered a new game for the 3DS and received a text on Monday that said that the game's release date was the next day "Tuesday PM" and it would be available for pickup then. The next day I drove all the down to Bellevue Square to pick it up (a considerable drive for me) only to be told that they didn't have it. The cashier then told me that "Tuesday PM" meant that the game would be available the next day on Wednesday. This evening I have driven down to Bellevue Square AGAIN to get my game only to be told AGAIN that they still do not have it and that "[they] will have it shortly". I have already wasted over $20 in gas for absolutely nothing and by the the game IS available, I'll have spent $70 ($20 gas from before + $10 gas to get it + $40 for the actual game) not including tax! I am upset and disappointed that I have been treated so poorly for all my loyal service. This store used to contain only happy memories for me, but now I just feel betrayed. -- Katie |
