Horrible! I was looking to sell a new and unused guitar for the PS2, so I called them to see if they had any interest in buying it from me. I didn't even get the words out of my mouth when the asshole on the phone screamed in my ear "NOBODY BUYS GUITARS! NOBODY!" What the hell is that? Believe me, if I could have reached through the phone and popped the guy in the mouth I would have! 2 thumbs down for a total lack of customer service and people skills.
