Love this place! The people here are so friendly and are always available to help...except today of course...I got a new (to me, it was used haha) PS3 and I have been trying to call and ask what the hell is wrong with my controller and why it won't connect but nobody will answer even though they were supposed to open two hours ago! UGH! I don't want to have to leave the house...
