Great staff. All staff are gamers and know what they're talking about; they're friendly too. the place is understandably busy, giving that A.I.T soldiers can't go anywhere else. all in all a good store.

WAAAAyYYY too cramped for as much traffic as it gets. (darn rock band, guitar hero, ride, kinect, move, and all the other store clogging peripherals haha). Otherwise I got no problem with the staff, but yea, sometimes I just want to get what I came in for and leave; but I also realize it's their job to try to upsell.

It was a friendly environment. Employees were friendly. One of the staff members had an attitude and I didn't like the way she treated my son.

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with as a customer. Do not suggest going here and I feel bad for the students in Fort Gordon that don't have a choice.
